SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing and Shipping Time: All items are pre-made and ready to ship, please allow 1-2 day(s) for your order to be packaged. Once your order is packaged it will ship out with 1-5 business day(s) shipping. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

  2. Tracking Information: All tracking numbers will be sent to the email you provided during checkout once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.

  3. Shipping Provider: All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise notified.

  4. Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has shipped, it is out of our hands. Any lost or "stuck in transit" packages should be addressed directly with the shipping company.
